RECORDING projects - Production Management

• Provide Production Management for studio recording projects from pre-production through final delivery
• Align schedules, budgets, and session logistics across artists, producers, studios, and labels
• Coordinate engineers, musicians, vendors, and studio partners
• Oversee union compliance (AFM/AFTRA), contracts, and session documentation
• Direct budget reconciliation, metadata collection and management, credits, and final asset delivery
LIVE Show Advancing - PRODUCTION MANAGeMENT
(including but not limited to)
• Provide production leadership for live performances from pre-advance through wrap
• Align technical, logistical, and financial elements across artist teams, venues, event partners, etc.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive schedules: soundchecks, stage plots, run-of-show, input lists, and advance packets
• Oversee crew coordination, union requirements, security planning, and load-in/load-out execution
• Direct day-of-show operations and financial closeout

Hi, I’m Sarah Marie! I founded SARMAR Management to deliver strategic, detail-driven Production Management services that support artists and creative teams across both studio and live productions. I’m excited to take this step independently and to continue my work within this beautiful creative community. I’m a lifelong fan of Country Music who followed my dream of working in the music industry, and made my way to Nashville…I have been lucky enough to work in this industry for over twenty years now, most recently spending eighteen years with UMG Nashville. As an industry veteran, I bring many years of experience in the A&R Production and Production Management space. Through years of collaborations on studio recording projects with artists, producers, engineers, etc. I have been known as someone who treats each project, from emerging talent to music icons, with the attention, discretion, organization, and thoughtful care it deserves. My independent work through SARMAR Management will uphold that integrity. In addition to recording projects, my years of live performance production management have allowed me the opportunity to produce and advance shows at venues ranging from small intimate rooms to large theaters including the Ryman Auditorium, The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, and the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Whether in the studio or backstage, I manage the details start to finish, taking care of the logistics so that artists and their teams can focus on creating. I look forward to working with you!
